This is one of my favorite recipes. It just so sad that I cannot find in any store some fresh Clams and Shellfish. So this is what I have in hand yesterday. This is my own recipes.
Ingredients:
1lbs Raw Shirmp w/ Heads ( or in the way of your liking)
4pcs Raw Cod Loins
4 cloves of Garlic
2 cans of Italian Diced tomato
1/2lbs Spaghetti
Salt
Pepper
1tbsp Oregano ( I don't know the exact measurement, I just eyeball it)
2tbps Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Directions:
preheat the olive oil in a large frying pan. Then sauté the garlic until it's golden brown. Add 2 cans diced tomatoes, salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer for about 30mins. Stirring occasionally. In the meantime, bring a 4 quart of water to boil. Cooked the spaghetti 6-7 mins or al dente. Drained. Set aside. After 30 mins, put the cod and shrimp. Seasoned with more salt, pepper and oregano. Stir. Simmer for 10mins or until the seafoods are completely done. Then, put spaghetti in the tomato sauce. Mix it all together. Or you can individually take all the cod loins and shrimp, set it aside and then put the spaghetti in the sauce. Mix it until well blended. Put in the plate, top with the shrimp and cod. Sever immediately.
Boun Apettito!
